Hi FTHBer's
This week so far has been crazy. The mortgage industry is really getting it's head handed to it. The Government is once again setting new standards for how we disclose information to all of us consumers. Great idea, however the goal of this new disclosing system was to simplify the presentation of closing costs. The unfortunate side effect is that the new form is actually more confusing as to what they charges are for buying a new home.
The good news is that I can explain this information so that it becomes understandable, PRIOR to you making an offer on buying a home. The most frustrating part of my industry is that I hear about buyers who go out and buy their first home and did not even know what happened and how they got to the closing table.
Let me help you make a difference and arm you with information to know exactly how and why you bought your first home.
