As most of you know, I spend my life working on Internet Marketing and Lead Conversion for Real Estate. Our brokerage had another great year selling 329 homes with 14 Agents with over 95% of our sales coming from our Internet program. I was thinking about this when I woke up this morning. I spend most of my day training Agents. The eHomes Realty Network is housed in the same office as my Tropical Realty Brokerage. On any typical morning I have an Agent or two in my office asking me questions about marketing or how to deal with a customer about this issue or that issue. I get this question on a regular basis. If you think about it, if you don't know how to change the oil in the car, it's understandable that you can't change the oil unless less you get some direction. It's the same with thinking outside the box. I've been blessed with a creative problem solving mind. Thinking outside the box is just the way my mind is wired. I ask that question because I have been talking to a lot of Realtors lately who really are afraid to make the investment in their business by using the Internet. Sure, many of them are on Activerain but that's about as far as their Internet expertise goes.
