listings: Best Listing Advice - 08/18/10 10:19 AM
Hi Everyone!
Most of you know that I'm a huge believer in using the Internet to drive buyers to my brokerage.  Our program has been incredible and has paid our bills for the past 9 years!  However, and I haven't put a ton of time into this, I'm struggling on finding the best method to generate consistant listings appointments.  I know there is the Mike Ferry way of cold calling daily, but as much as I know that works, I know my Agents will not buy into this system.
