Interest Rates...Staying Low
Interest rates are likely to stay low for a long, long time...how low & for how long...that's a tough call.  I, along with most of the financial industry expected rates to spike higher when the Federal Reserve & the Treasury stopped buying MBS (Mortgage Backed Securities) two months ago.
The lesson learned...maybe Socialism isn't entirely all bad.  When it comes to interest rates, that's a huge plus for the housing industry.  Greece's debt crisis and the fear that threat will spread throughout Europe certainly helps.  As investors charge more for the risk of the "PIIGS" (Portugal, Ireland, Italy, … (0 comments)

Once upon a time there was child ready to be born.  So the child asked God, "I heard I am going to to Earth tomorrow, but I'm scared, how am I going to live there being so small and helpless?"
God answered the child, "I chose an angel for you.  She will be waiting for you and will take care of you."
The child responded, "But here, in Heaven, all I ever do is sing, smile & laugh.  That's enough for me to be happy?"
