I know while we were on the topic of professional realtors doing

the right thing!

Why can't some listing agent complete the MLS Listing Info????

That does include pictures. The more information that is completed will help the

buyers agent to bring you a buyer. Most buyers on Realtor.com wont even as about

a home if it doesnt have pictures, they scroll right by it!!!!!!

I mean digital cameras are so affordable, use them~!

I want to ask everyones opinion, which type do you think make the best salesperson.

It's that time of year again.

Seems like here in South Florida we are in fast forward again.

Is it that the season is here, and all the snowbirds are back.

Or could it be a bit more weather friendly.

The rest of the country isnt that cold, is it?

Or could it be we had a very good hurricane season?

Real Estate Reputation

I came across a situation yesterday which I have heard of, but personally never heard.

Myself and team members are trained, caring, loyal, hardworking, honest people.

We take pride in our career choice and are always looking to do our job better and be the best.

We take courses, seminars, buyers universities, read book, continue ed, all the latest tech, etc.

I want to know why people have had such bad experiences with realtors that we are compaired to going

to the dentist, or a car salesman. This person would rather go to the dentist then to have to deal with a Realtor.

What have Realtors done to get such a bad reputation, and what can we do to finally get it out of peoples minds!

Is changing weather a friend or foe?

There seems to be several sides to this coin.

Here is South Florida our weather is beautiful! It is bright and warm.....light breeze.....

just perfect for showing homes. The lawns are green and well manicured, flowers are in bloom.

The presentations are great! This is even better when the rest of the county is cold!

So my question is, in your market all over the US, is weather a friend or foe?

How do you do the Balancing Act?

As everyone knows, our jobs are not 9-5.

We all have crazy schedules, between family, customers, kids activities,

showing property, open houses, prospecting etc.

(You know when we're not eating bon bons on the couch......ha ha)

I want to know, has anyone found a great way to balance their life and career?

There has been quite a few negative statments made about our present market.

Well the truth is, NOW is the BEST time to buy! Interest rates are still at a low point.

If you need a home to LIVE IN, this is your time! The fact is sellers are more willing

to help with closing costs and to negotiate on the price. Not to mention the tax savings you receive

with homeownership then renting. Do your homework, get informed, and contact a professional

that sees what is going on.....the evening news doesn't show good things does it?
