Community Description: A gated active adult community consisting of mostly 2 bedroom/2bathroom single family homes between 1400sqft – 1650sqft on quarter acre lots or smaller. A few of the floor plans offer a 2br/2ba plus a den, although that is not the common floor plan in Paris Park. Most homes have wood siding exterior with some brick on the front. Paris Park is comparable to Shasta Hills Estates in age built; late 80’s and early 90’s and in home values, between $165,000 - $230,000. (3 comments)
