Redding CA "Sold" Market Analysis for Active Adult Communities
With more and more baby boomers retiring, Redding Ca has seen an increase of residential sales in the past 12 months for active adult communities. As Seniors Real Estate Specialists, much of our personal business consists of those 55 plus and the impact the baby boomer generation has had in our area is very encouraging. Located in Redding, CA, Shasta Hills Estates is a gated active adult community for those 55 plus who enjoy their freedom and an active lifestyle. The community consists of mostly 2 bedroom/2bathroom single family homes averaging 1500sqft. One section of homes was built in the late 1980's; these are smaller-size homes with wood siding exterior and approximately 1300sqft or less. A second phase of more modern stucco homes built between 2001 and 2005; these homes are offer a larger floor plan ranging between 1500sqft to 1900sqft.
