Alright! we are seeing some census participation! I hope you all are promoting the "Take Ten" challenge, take 10 minutes to fill out your 2010 Census form and mail it back TODAY. If 100% of households mailed back their forms, taxpayers would save $1.5 BILLION dollars. Let's all do our part and mail back our forms!

Winter (October-April) provides the most precipitation of any season in Redding-the weather tends to be either rainy or foggy and snow does occur at times. LEAD FREE FAUCETS- as of today, it is illegal to sell faucets, as well as faucet parts which contain more than 0.25% lead (the legal limit up to now was 8%). In California, it seems, even Santa has to jump through a bureaucratic hoop or two.
Officials at the California Department of Food and Agriculture today sent out a light-hearted press release stating they had given Santa the green light to enter the state with his reindeer.
