Here is a great article from our Record Searchlight Newspaper here in Redding which gave everyone something to giggle about!  Finally, some good news!!!
 
In California, it seems, even Santa has to jump through a bureaucratic hoop or two.
Officials at the California Department of Food and Agriculture today sent out a light-hearted press release stating they had given Santa the green light to enter the state with his reindeer.
