There are certain Redding CA Neighborhoods that never lose their charm. Driving through the neighborhood is like driving down memory lane, think 1950's and 60's, a time when "hope" was breathed by every citizen in neighborhoods across America. Young servicemen returned from WWII and began getting married, having children, new homes and new jobs. This was the American culture, with an energy never before experienced. During the 1950s, a sense of uniformity pervaded American society.
