Redding CA "Sold" Market Analysis for Active Adult Communities

With more and more baby boomers retiring, Redding Ca has seen an increase of residential sales in the past 12 months for active adult communities. As Seniors Real Estate Specialists, much of our personal business consists of those 55 plus and the impact the baby boomer generation has had in our area is very encouraging. In my opinion this is only the beginning.
There are four residential communities for the active adult in Redding, CA - these are gated communities for those 55 plus who want affordable housing and independence. These communities are:
