As it just bit me in the butt...I had a Short Sale contract ready to close...it was a cash deal...you don't get many of those and I was happy to see this property finally get sold...UNTIL... It did not close...why you ask? Because of the new scam, buyers who can print phony POF letters off a web...

I admit, listing Short Sales is probably alot better than having the buyers on a Short Sale...I always know the information first but I also hear the complaints... I would like to think I am good at this but then you have the occasional basket case agent who ruffles the feathers of the process....
