I bet you are fed up with the on-going months of lingering loan mods. and the unknown answers and the lack of answers...I bet you think about "just walking away" because you hate your lenders lack of heart and responsiveness...

HAVE YOU HAD THIS HAPPEN TO YOU?
Just a quick funny for all of us who tend to run back over a listing...when we did not get the listing in the first place because we were HONEST ABOUT VALUES....
Went and interviewed for the listing, I told them list at $375K 8+ Months ago...SELLERS DID NOT LISTEN TO ME AND INSTEAD, LISTED WITH ANOTHER AGENT WHO DID LIST IT AT "THEIR IMAGINARY PRICE OF WHAT THEY THOUGHT THEY SHOULD GET OUT OF THE HOME"....
...TODAY, WHILE LOOKING AT A SEARCH FOR BUYERS...WHAT DID I POP BACK OVER?

I saw this ad in my Sunday newspaper...it was about a waterfront piece of property, my first thought was ..."mmm-someone from that Community had called me weeks before and did not like their outlook of what I had shared price wise with them, they also were more than UPSIDE DOWN on their lot"
...I obviously did not list the property and told them they should talk to their bank or try and get an OK to do a Short Sale on the lot..then we could talk again...
NOW...I am not sure it is them who put this ad in...but funny how … (3 comments)

Sure I am A Regular RE Agent; but those Houses Aren't Selling.... - 10/14/10 10:58 AM
For the record, I am a REGULAR RE Agent(not just distressed sales people), I love homes that have plenty of Equity in them and that willing Sellers call me to list...except for 1 thing...I don't see alot of those selling right now...I have seen easily 15-20% of "NORMAL" listings turn to Preforeclosures, some of these homes, the Sellers never even mentioned it to their Realtors...until 2 months prior to foreclsoure when my Short Sale team was called in to help...
I again will love the days that I get to bring a "NORMAL SALE" to closing, with no arguments, no biting fingernails … (6 comments)
