Gone are the days when you can just "cherry pick" lets say...and so any real buyer should be treated like GOLD...case in point...

It did not close...why you ask? Because of the new scam, buyers who can print phony POF letters off a website only to try and flip a new buyer before they close...same bad scam only now they sites have perfected the art and found the loopholes...

We all have them or have had them at one time or another...sometimes you don't know what to say or do...maybe it's because the area is overbuilt, too many homes for sale in the neighborhood...sometimes, price does not matter...I have had a few priced so low for the community that I still can't buy a showing on the Home...that always makes for a great Seller Update Phone Call.
