Avoiding Foreclosure Requires that First Step! - 06/13/10 02:12 PM
We've all heard the statistics that are sometimes hard to internalize. For instance, when HousingWire.com noted that more than 9% of US Mortgages were delinquent or in foreclosure in the 2nd quarter of 2008 or when in 2007 Money Magazine predicted that 1.4 Million Americans would see their mortgage payments more than double as ARM's reset over the next 5 years through 2012. This shouldn't be surprising as there are statistics that show over 11% of those ARM loan holders had defaulted PRIOR to a reset indicating that the borrowers couldn't even afford the low introductory rates! Why is Buying A Home SO Stressful? - 06/11/10 06:31 PM
We all know that stress goes hand in hand with a move of any sort. Why is moving so stressful? I believe it may be that it may be lack of understanding what needs to be done and when. Good planning can eliminate much of the stress. Good planning starts with partnering with a mortgage provider and a realtor that can help with that planning. So many people want to jump in and look at houses as the first step, sometimes not really investigating the best place to move. So take some time to prepare before you jump in and make
