Greetings from Door County--and how do I price your home or land this summer?  I got a call from some friends to list (guess what!) vacant land next week.  On a three day holiday weekend, a search and hold will be impossible.  I'm looking at ingress and egress factors, and they've told me about a mortgage, but it's still hard.  Home are easier, but vacant land for Door County properties right now....Google+difficult, and you may see a map of the Door Peninsula.  Our vacant land has basically been sitting one or two or even three years.

It may be the best time ever to buy a home in the Cape Cod of the Midwest--Door County!  We are a two hour drive from the Fox Valley, three hours from Milwaukee suburbs and Madison, and if you leave work in Chicago you can be here in time for a nine p.m. dinner.
