Do you know what's going on behind the scenes in real estate today? Only one of my clients has brought up the topic of this class action suit to me over the past few months, even though we, as REALTORS, are watching this very, very intently. Buzz does an EXCEPTIONAL job of explaining the lawsuit and how it will change things, as well as how we moved away from the practice of being solely Seller agents. It's starting to look like a typical Door County winter, with snow on the ground and ice on the Bay. January 2023 meant a new calendar year for all of us, but those of us involved in the Door County real estate industry don't anticipate any immediate drastic changes in the Door County real estate market as of January 2023. We recently received approved numbers for home, condominium and vacant land sales for northern Door County for the third quarter of 2017, and that data was enlightening as we move end the fourth quarter and move into 2018.

It's Friday--are you considering looking at any Door County properties? Worried about calling me on a weekend? If I'm available (not already booked), I'll be there! I am always amused when people "apologize" for calling me on the weekends. Saturday is my busiest day of the week year-round, followed by Sundays in the 2nd through 4th quarters of the year.
