When I travel and people ask where I live, all I have to do is hold up my hand and extend my thumb. That is the State of Wisconsin and I live on the "Thumb", the Door Peninsula. Bank Mutual e-mailed that interest rates dipped yesterday, and we're showing this afternoon. It's a GREAT time to be a buyer in Door County.

When we sell houses, we are always faced with the age-old question of "what do we do with some of this stuff"?
