In the real estate biz follow through is very important to having a thriving business  Not following through with clients and customers could cause you to lose a client, a deal, a referral, money and so forth and so on.  That's why I am amazed when there is money to be made and  individuals who stand to benefit finacially fail to follow-up.  Realtors are especially notorious for  doing this.  Most recently I had a deal delayed by a month and half because the other agent wasn't following up with his client's loan officer.  In this day and time there are so many ways to follow-up wiith people.  If you don't have the time to call, there is email. If email is too time consuming you can text.  I just don't understand why you'd risk letting all of your hard work go down the drain because you don't want to follow-up.  In most cases it's just inexcusable not to follow-up.  What are your thoughts?
