AS THE MARKET FELT ADJUSTMENT SO DID AWARD STATUS LEVELS FOR MANY[NOT ALL-BUT MANY] 
MAY 2007 BE A BANNER YEAR FOR ALL!!!!

seems like the most financially sound decision is to upgrade with a new computer purchase,one that already has the new system installed....currently operating systems with pentium 4 technology.

WHAT WILL BE THE NEXT LATEST GREATEST..BUSINESS TOOL
IN 1993 I WAS THE FIRST REALTOR IN MY OFFICE TO HAVE A 'PENTIUM 100'...MARQUIS DISPLAY SCREEN SAVER AND ALL....WOW WAS I COOL!
I REMEMBER ATTENDING A REAL ESTATE CONVENTION...AND A TREND-SETTING AGENT HAD AN AUTOMATED NAVIGATION DEVICE UPGRADE FOR THE CAR...COST THEN $10,000?....MY LAST 2 CARS CAME WITH THIS STANDARD
A FEW YEARS AGO I HAD CUSTOM MINI CD BUSINESS CARDS....LET THE COMPUTER TELL THE WORLD HOW GREAT I WAS AND WHAT I CAN DO FOR THEM....GREAT WOW FACTOR....ALTHOUGH IT DID LINK PEOPLE TO MY WEB SITE

Reducing my Printer Expenses -nearly in half - 02/23/07 03:41 PM
Thought I would share this with you ....
my hp PRINTER CARTRIDGE just ran out again[1 of 4 hp printers]
stopped by the local MEGA OFFICE SUPPLY STORE in my travels to pick up replacements but they were out of the cartridges i needed......[i have been using the three rule task thing for years-you know-never go out to do 1 task-group your tasks in minimal of 3-save TIME and money]
anyway...i remember seeing an ad in the local paper for a place called "cartridge world"????
went to the phone book...could not find them[.....YOU REMEMBER PHONE BOOKS DON'T YOU?

NEW JERSEY IS ALSO KNOWN AS "THE GARDEN STATE" WITH MANY BEAUTIFUL FARMS
WHEN GROWING UP I HAD THE PRIVILIDGE OF MY FATHER TAKING ME HORSE BACK RIDING...AN EXPERIENCE WITH GREAT MEMORIES....NOT ONLY WITH THE HORSES....BUT WITH MY FATHER.
A FRIEND OF  MY FATHERS ,WHO LIVED A FEW MILES DOWN THE ROAD,HAD A  "QUARTER HORSE" NAMED TRAMP.....HIS PROPERTY BACKED TO A FARM WHO ALSO HAD HORSES.THE FARM OWNER -MR. CUBBERLY- HAD A "TENNESSEE WALKER"HORSE NAMED LADY-ABOUT 16 HANDS HIGH- HE HAD TURNED OUT IN THE FIELDS....THE FARMER TOLD MY FATHER IF WE COULD GET THE HORSE IN FROM THE FIELDS,MY FATHER COULD RIDE … (1 comments)

One of the first questions buyers ask...what do I do first?
The first step is being pre-qualified by a mortgage lender....including credit profile.
why first????
WOULD YOU WALK IN WAL- MART WITHOUT ANY MONEY YOUR POCKET...without knowing your ability to purchase...your just a shopper...not a serious BUYER till you find out what you can afford.
Secondly....what greater disapointment to be shown a home you do not have the ability to purchase.
When your price range is established....with a pre-qualification or pre-approval letter ...you are a serious buyer...not just a shopper.

LIFE IN NEW JERSEY IS BEAUTIFUL........WE ARE "THE GARDEN STATE"....TODAY THE GARDENS ARE MOSTLY COVERED WITH OUR RECENT SNOW....THE CRISP AIR IS A MERE 17*.....TRUCKS CAN BE SEEN  PULLING THEIR SNOW MOBILES ,SEIZING THE CHANCE TO ENJOY THEIR RECREATION.....A FEW MONTHS FROM NOW THOSE SAME ADVENTURERS WILL PROBABLY  BE TAKING THEIR SURF BOARDS TO "THE JERSEY SHORE".....THE CHANGE OF SEASONS IS A BEAUTIFUL THING....THINKING OF RELOCATING TO NEW JERSEY?...COME ENJOY THE CHANGE OF SEASONS....IN NEW JERSEY!!!!

Gray Hairs of Wisdom - 02/14/07 05:47 PM
Like a fine wine with proper aging, experience comes with time.  The best teacher is experience, learning along the way, how to do it better every day...better than the day before. 
In 1976 I was first licensed as a New Jersey licensed real estate sales person...a much thinner man with brown hair.   In 1990 I received my New Jersey Broker Sales Person License.  Along the way I worked for three brokerage firms, received nearly all their awards, put on a few pounds, and aged (gracefully) with gray hair.  The gray hair is not attributed to stress (ha! ha!) Real Estate has historically been one of the greatest investments a consumer can have.  Markets do adjust. 
I remember in 1987 when townhouses sold for $155,000 [plus or minus].  Two years later I sold a similar townhouse in the same community for $115,000.  Today that same townhouse, now 20 years old, command a market value of $230,000 plus.  Real estate is a great long term investment.  The short term adjustments do change... reaffirming the value of investing in real estate...for the "long term".

Do you want to lead or follow? - 02/14/07 05:23 PM
The last time the real estate market in my area peaked was November 1987.  Like the weather, real estate markets do change but not on a "daily basis" as the weather.
In softening markets, I have always asked my clients if they would like to lead the market or follow it.  If they sell today, they lead.  If they sell later, they follow.  Their sale price in an adjusting market will be greater today than their neighbors selling a similar property at a later date.
It is always better to lead in a softening market and get the greatest return today!!!
