INVESTIGATING NEW MARKETS - 07/07/08 12:05 PM

Many agents relate to us how their markets are doing....or not doing too well.
To me ...first hand experience is like nothing else.When investigating new markets I want to see first hand what the market conditions really are.
After selling my farm in Hopewell NJ last year I was afforded the opportunity to do just that...investigate other markets.
A good portion of my time over the winter months was spent in Naples,Florida....investigating their market and studying for my Florida Brokers License.
While watching the dolphins breach the aqua marine blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this restful period also … (1 comments)
