I met this gentleman about 10 days ago after he called on a for sale sign on a home in Maricopa that we at Home Bargain Planet and Solutions have listed. The home that he particularly called on was located in Cobblestone Farms and was unfortunately under contract and he was not quite interested in the price of the home at $190,000. 
Scott was looking for something smaller too, that would fit his lifestyle and goal of no more than $95,000.

Lisa who is currently in escrow on her home she is selling in Mesa, Arizona (we officialized a contract only yesterday) previously put a bid on this HUD home here in Mesa about two weeks ago. At the time my inclination was telling me that there were more than a few bids on this particular property of "good" value. Typically HUD homes are priced lower than the rest of the market.
