I was reading an article earlier today and it mentioned something that rang through in my ears several times and very loudly...EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE... In today's market we, as Realtors, must go above and beyond just doing transactions. I just love my subdivision (Breckenridge, Morrisville, NC) and here's 10 reasons why.
1. Sidewalks galore. Plenty of room to walk your dog and/or yourself.                                     
2. Alot of nice, friendly, polite neighbors.

4. Close to grocery store (Harris Teeter)

I just love March Madness and I know March has come and gone, but the tournament is still going for another weekend. I'm sure, like myself, most of you have probably filled out your brackets, marked teams out, cursed and cheered, but hopefully, were wise enough to still pick all the favorites... 1 seeds. I was not that lucky, but my favorite team is still in the mix. Therefore, I'm happily reaping the Madness of March at least until the final horn blows.
