Competence, efficiency, and ethics. According to the All America's Real Estate Book by Carolyn Janik and Ruth Rejnis, good agents take the time to qualify buyers and show properties in their price range. They plan showing routes carefully and have pre-inspected most properties. They have a thorough knowledge of financing options, are up on the latest housing trends, and share with prospective buyers data on the local housing market and home sales.

While more buyers now use the Internet to gain access to listings, or available properties for sale, it is still a good idea to use an agent. The agent brings value to the entire process: he or she is available to analyze data, answer questions, share their professional expertise, and handle all the paperwork and legwork that is involved in the real estate transaction.

Good agents also adhere to a strict code of ethics. They avoid high-pressure sales tactics, refrain from showing properties that do not fit your needs or goals, and alert you to problems about the condition of the property. And they show respect for other agents and real estate firms by not "bad mouthing" them.

Please call me for all your Real Estatae Needs.

Today 2/7/2010 there are currently 880 properties on the market in Lake Havasu City. Out of these 86 are Foreclosures and 59 are Short Sales. Leaving 735 traditional listings.

In January 120 sold and out of those 120 homes 63 were Foreclosures and 12 were Short Sales.

Weather your are Buying or Selling Real Estate call me to attain any of your Real Estate needs.

As a real estate broker, what I often see in troubled homeowners is a belief that they are alone with their challenges. Regrettably, over 70% of homeowners in foreclosure proceed without ANY visible assistance. This is not acceptable for the communities I serve.

That's why I've developed this site: to ensure you get the valuable resources that can reduce your financial strain and change your life for the better. As a CDPE I know the options for homeowners in foreclosure or delinquent on their mortgages, and I can send you a report detailing this information, prepared just for you.

Simply enter your information below and click "Send." I hope that you will review this information carefully, so that your next steps are the right steps toward a real solution.

Let me help you evaluate your options and get back on track to a solid, stable future.

Sellers

Mistakenly, many consumers believe that Help-U-Sell® is a For Sale By Owner company, or, that we provide limited services.  Fortunately for consumers, its not too good to be true and there's no catch. We believe that today's competitive and sometimes rapidly changing real estate climate with more informed Sellers, requires expert Brokers and a realistic cost for services.

Expert real estate brokers

Our Brokers are fully licensed and members of the National Association of Realtors®. The average traditional real estate agent nationwide typically handles less than 10 transactions a year, while our Brokers and Agents handle dozens, which means more in-depth market knowledge, more experience solving problems and more value for our buyers and sellers.

Informed Sellers

When you ask Help-U-Sell® to sell your home, you'll discover that open communication between you and your Broker is one of the top priorities. We believe in transparency in real estate, and always have - there is no hidden agenda with Help-U-Sell®. That is why you know up-front what your set fee will be, and exactly what we are doing to get your home sold.

Realistic Cost For Home Selling Services

We believe that the traditional 6 percent commission is an outdated practice and has no correlation to the cost of performing a real estate transaction. Our goal is to provide a fair price for the cost of services rendered, much like any other professional service that consumers pay for. Since the cost of doing business varies throughout the country, the set-fee offered for our services also varies, depending on the market. What doesn't change is the scope of services we provide. We perform all the same services as traditional real estate companies, and, often times, more.

To list your home today, please contact Michelle Morgan 928-854-6600 and let me help you now!
