As a Real Estate Agent do you ever feel like you are giving away more than you should?  I'm not just talking about "Control" but about "Money" as well.
Did you know that the National Association of Realtors did a survey to consumers about "One-Stop Shopping"?  The consumers responded with an overwhelming 7 out of 10 desiring a real estate experience where they received both Real Estate Sales and Mortgage Lending from the same individual.  3 of those 7 even reported that they would be willing to spend more for that service!
