It's a problem that's not going away anytime soon. It's also a Nationwide problem and not just isolated to your area. The problem is that as of this writing 30% +/- of all homeowners Nationwide owe more on their home than what it is currently worth.

Give, Ride or Help Volunteer for a Ride Day to support those who are displaced, vulnerable and exploited. In it's 8th year, now thousands of riders fundraise in support of refugees, homeless people, victims of human trafficking, orphans and related approved programs.
$980,000 from this RIDE was raised in 2010!
