If you are local to Franklin Tennessee you have surely noticed by now the new condo community sprouting across from the Factory.  If you are not native to Franklin TN, let me tell you a little bit about this great real estate buy.

Franklin Tennessee - Tennessee's Number 1 Small Town For me, it is no contest;  Franklin is Tennessee's best little town.   It is no wonder visitors fall in love with the Franklin area when they visit downtown.  It is only 3 blocks long and a town square but a casual stroll and a visit to its great little shops will make anyone a believer.

We hear it all the time, we probably tell it to our clients all the time.  It's a buyer's market or it's a seller's market.  What does it really mean?
In simple terms, a buyers market is when there are many more homes for sale than qualified buyers.  It means that buyers have more homes to choose from; that those who utilize a good agent will generally have an edge in negotiations; and that they may be able to get into a house or neighborhood that may have been out of their reach in a strong seller's market.

Carriage Park is a great condo community in  Franklin TN.  The 102 Victorian style units are two to building. Though it is an overused expression, but this little community is Franklin Tennessee's best kept secret.  Unlike most condo/townhouse communities, Carriage Park townhouses are surrounded by an abundance of land.  Many people find they have larger yards here than are in most single family neighborhoods.  The only difference is the HOA association takes care of the yard work.

Located southeast of Franklin, Sullivan Farms is a 750 home subdivision with amenities such as community pool, playground, walking trails.  It is zoned for Winstead Elementary, Page Middle and Centennial High.  The HOA fees are $325 annually.  It is conveniently located to shopping, golf courses, malls and restaurants.
