Del Rio Park, a park in the City of Franklin, TN - 03/29/10 11:05 AM
Because I too am a big fan of Franklin TN and their parks, as well as being a fan of Lee's and he is a great Mortgage Consultant, Via Lee Barroll (First Community Mortgage, Inc): Del Rio Park, a park in the City of Franklin, TN. The community is classic style architecture and will reflect the 19th century early American period in keeping with the Harlinsdale Farms historic preservation park where they are building. See the photo collage below as workers are putting the finishing touches on the traditional front porch to this tin (metal) roof beauty. (2 comments)

The Governor's Club - Brentwood TN - Jan- Feb Market Report The Governor's Club is one of Brentwood Tennessee's most desired, luxury home, gated communities. It is also one the Nashville area's best golf course communities. The past couple month's sales have shown things are heating up again in this upscale neighborhood. Sales of the more moderately sized homes seem to contribute lower average price sales in addition to the recent decline of demand for luxury homes. If this is the market segment that interests you and you were waiting for the right time to buy, this could be it. As inventories continue (3 comments)
The Financial Crisis of 2008 - 03/14/10 09:29 AM
Over the past two years much has been said and blame has been passed around explaining how we let our country's economy collapse into an abyss not seen since The Great Depression. Many of us are dismayed that our Congress has yet to enact legislation to correct the practices that tumbled us into the mess we are in. I believe that Congress is getting ready to act and that there will be legislation that SHOULD be BIPARTISAN. I say should be, because with so much interest by BOTH parties in "winning and losing", their focus on mid term elections, and a presidential (9 comments)
Williamson County Tennessee - February 2010 Home SalesFranklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Nolensville, and Leipers Fork Take a look at the numbers for February 2010. While sales increased there was still a decline in the price from a year ago. The average price per house on average is where is was in 2006. Much of this is due to the lower priced market out performing the higher end and luxury market. I often hear investors say, I wish I bought that 4 years ago. Well, you can by it today at the 2006 price. If you believe as I do, (1 comments)

Westhaven in Franklin TN Westhaven is Franklin Tennessee's latest great golf community. It is already the hottest selling neighborhood in Williamson County. Recently the Harris Teeter supermarket has opened and businesses and offices will continue to fill in the multi-use areas of the community.
The Westhaven Golf Club, and shops, restaurants, greenways and clubhouse make Westhaven a totally self contained community. The main street look along the broad avenues with lush green spaces, fountains and lavish gardens help make it one of Franklin's most desirable neighborhoods. The golf course opened in August of 2009. The Westhaven Market Report is displayed in the report below.
Just another view through the window of this art store in the French Quarter. On my first trip to New Orleans, I have to admit my on Saturday evening stroll through the French Quarter I was taken aback. After learning the lay of the land in daylight the rest of the evening walks through this historic part of town were warm and charming. I would not hesitate to return.
