Recipe Cards - Do you send them? Do you look at them? I do, but I watch the Food Network too. Do the people who receive them look at them? Will they call that agent when they are ready to list their house? Will they call when they are ready to buy?The rule of thumb I always hear is send them something of value and make it real estate related.I got a new recipe card today from the neighborhood Realtor, I may try the recipe, but I already know a good agent.I do read them, I don't send them.
