homes for sale and market report: Polk Place Franklin TN, Real Estate Market Report - 11/22/08 11:36 PM

Have you been by Polk Place? Generally larger than 3000 square feet houses were built from 1995 through present. The community is mostly brick and many have private back yards that back up to the stream that runs behind the Historic Carnton Plantation.
There is a club house and pool, underground utilities, and sidewalks. Meet the friendly neighbors out walking on the pleasant evenings in the spring and summer. The residents take great pride in their gardening (Yard of the Month).
It is located in Franklin (Tennessee) at the southern end of Mack Hatcher Blvd.
