Home Sales info for Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill and Nolensville TN. August Statistics for Williamson County Tennessee
Below are sales figures as released by the Williamson County Association of Realtors for Middle Tennessee's Franklin, Brentwood, Nolensville and Spring Hill TN.
There were 236 residential and condominium closings for August 2010.  The median sales price increased by 15% from a year ago.  Homes increased Days On the Market by 5 days for single family and 3 days for condos.  Inventory is down to 2332 compared to 2512 from August 2009.

The charts below are represent the August sales for homes in Brentwood, TN for 2009, 2008 and 2007.  This includes sales for both Davidson and Williamson County portions of Brentwood.  You can see the low end of the market appears to have bottomed it should be followed by an upward trend in the middle and upper ends.  I believe the market is on its way back up.  If ever you had your eye on a neighborhood or house in Brentwood, now is the time to buy.
