Home buyers in Goose Creek, Hanahan, and the rest of Charleston, SC should continue to see home prices drop as more foreclosures are placed on the market.  With the the continued decrease of home prices, low mortage interest rates, and now the $8,000 First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit available for 2009 makes it very good time to buy home.

Despite the sales drop in January, home sellers in Goose Creek, SC having been lowering their asking prices to entice buyers.  As a result Real Estate Agents are started to receiving more calls from home buyers in Goose Creek, Hanahan, and throughout the rest of Charleston.  This in turn should generate more sales in February and in months to come.
