Many homeowners are curious about the value of their home. As you may be aware, home values are constantly fluctuating.

This application uses a Conventional Mortgage Home Price Index (CMHPI) to estimate the value of your home considering the appreciation rate for your region. Changes for Minnesota Mortgage Companies. - 08/10/07 09:49 AM
There have been alot of changes happening in the mortgage industry here in Minnesota for those of you who don't know our legislature has changed the ways that Mortgage Companies and Originators do business. Here is information as given by the Minnesota Department of Commerce.
On May 8, 2007, the omnibus bill Senate File No. 2096 was signed into law by Governor Pawlenty.  The bill contains a variety of legislative changes, including significant changes to Chapter 58, the Minnesota Mortgage Originator and Servicer Licensing Act.  The bill's effective date is August 1, 2007, but several of the provisions have a later effective date. … (2 comments)
