Here are some interesting facts of a study done by the National Association of Realtors.
 
Why is it important for you to market yourself and not your company?
 
1. 77 percents of buyers were happy with their real estate agents.
2. 74 percent said they would buy from that real estate agent again.
3. Only 9 percent bought from that real estate agent the second time. (lack of follow up)
4. Less than 10 percent could recall the name of their real estate agent after 3 years. Almost all could recall the company's name.
