What does it take for a buyer to trust their agent? - 10/28/07 06:35 PM
I have had a couple of experiences with buyers where we find a wonderful home at a fantastic price (less than wholesale) in Michigan's housing market; my buyers love the house but need to think about it.....what am I doing wrong?  How can I close them better?
