The Elk Grove City Council is holding a public outreach meeting on Wednesday, January 7th, to get the public's input for the new Elk Grove Civic Center.  This meeting is scheduled for 7:00 P.M. at The Council Chambers at 8400 Laguna Palms Way, Elk Grove.

Fannie Mae haults all foreclosures (even investment properties) until Jan 10th 2009 - 12/27/08 10:03 AM
For those of you watching the foreclosure market, this is a great post regarding the freezing of the new REO's that has occurred over the past few weeks.  We have seen a drop in the number of REO assignments in the Elk Grove area because of this.  But come January 10th, we have been told that the freeze is off and the assignments will start pouring in once again.
