Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley is trying to make a case against a loan officer named Christian Hayes for using illegal business practices in the State of Massachusetts. Hayes loan modification firm was prosecuted for several illegal uses. The illegal charges were advertising for a scam of foreclosure service in the state of Massachusetts. Hayes would collect fees from his Bank Of America clients for his loan modification services.
