      <title>Don't waste time looking at homes you can't afford!</title>
      <description>Have you ever spent time looking at homes that were too expensive?&amp;nbsp; Ok, that's fine if it's for the purpose of getting decorating ideas or seeing how the other side lives....&amp;nbsp; But when you're really ready to look at homes, first things first!&amp;nbsp; Talk to a competent, professional loan officer to determine what range of homes you are qualified to buy.&amp;nbsp; In fact, make sure and understand what you're "qualified" for, versus your "comfort range".&amp;nbsp; They can be two very different numbers!</description>
