Have you ever spent time looking at homes that were too expensive? Ok, that's fine if it's for the purpose of getting decorating ideas or seeing how the other side lives.... But when you're really ready to look at homes, first things first! Talk to a competent, professional loan officer to determine what range of homes you are qualified to buy. In fact, make sure and understand what you're "qualified" for, versus your "comfort range". They can be two very different numbers! … (0 comments)
