Will Mortgage rates increase or will they stay the same? My opinion is they will stay flat. Fact of the matter is that many people will have a mental effect when rates going into the low 5's and stay there for sometime from the 4's where they have been for a good deal of the last year.
Will foreclosures increase? I do not think we will see a huge increase in foreclosures in May but I do think by the end of the year we will see an overall increase trend.

How are you finding the service level that you are receiving from the people that provide you service? We all receive service every day. It may be from the bank teller, the mechanic or the store clerk.
It may be from your accountant, your hairdresser or your lawyer. In the end I ask that you give some thought of all the service that you received in the last month. Then ask the question did any of them make a Raving fan?

Have you ever thought about an Elastic? How you can pull or stretch it and it does not break but instead just snaps back. I have been doing a good deal of thinking about the Real Estate market that we are in. I personally think it is a great time to be in the business and even a better time to be a buyer since they have some many options of homes to choose from and at the same time great loan programs that are government supported.

In today's business world the buzz word is NETWORKING. The reality is most people do not network in business but instead perform the act of tag or business card collecting. Networking to me is building strong relationships. This is done through effort, time and a bit of risk taking. What I mean is the following to be able to refer a professional to a client you need to have done your due diligence on that professional. That due diligence is done through effort. Tonight I attended a traveling wine party at a friend of mines house. My frined had 7 different business people from different fields at her home. We then brought a mutual client in to do a wine tasting. The mutual client sells wine through an organization as a part time job. It was a great time for all to build stronger relationships and put plans in place.
