Determining the true availability and status of a listing has been a frustration of Colorado real estate professionals. New status-related fields, accompanied by changes to the MLS Rules & Regulations effective January 1, 2011, help establish a better way to create a true picture of the status and availability of a listing. All of the current Status options (Active, Under Contract, Pending, Withdrawn, Expired and Sold) remain as the primary listing status options. We have received many requests asking if you could have the ability to search by Lot Size using a range, and we have responded, "Yes, you can." You can now enter a square footage range for Lot Size in PrimeAccess® Power Search. In order to make this request a reality, we have been working hard to make Lot Size consistent from listing to listing.
