Almost everyone has heard the "you are what you eat" saying, but have you ever thought that you also are how you prepare what you eat?  Super convenient is not always the best.  This is particularly true when it comes to microwaves.  Microwaves are really really dangerous.  Preparing your food in them is asking for disaster.
