Right now with where the economy is many are choosing not to sell their homes for the time being and many who might normally be looking @ buying, especially with where interest rates are now, are not because they can not at the moment meet the down payment requirements or credit score requirements or for some other reason are not able to get a loan.  ( incidentally if you think you fall into one of those categories, but have not verified it for sure, call me I would … (0 comments)

Well we in the end collected not 500 but several 100 shoes.  All sizes and types.  Then I went to arrange to drop them with the collection site for soles for souls only to find out we cannot drop them there any more....not good

Now hiring a RE assistant for our team.  This person will be a 1099 contractor who will be paid per closing.  This position is currently part time with the possiblity of becoming full time and advancement as the team grows.   Our team has been hired to list 52 new construction homes in addition to our practice being busy with regular investor clients and short sales.  This assistant would not be processing short sales, this is leveraged out elsewhere.
