One of the things I love about being a realtor is that almost always doing what is best for my client IS what is best for me. Working hard to promote my client's listing for instance almost always also gets me more clients for instance. Negotiating carefully to be sure my client is well cared for in a transaction makes it more likely it goes to closing and I get paid and so on.

I have always been a fan of the natural way to do things and once I had kids well I kinda became a Nazi about it. So when we get unwelcome visitors.....
I just don't want to poison the family too or our pets. I also worry about the environment....and with a baby just a few weeks old in the house I really don't want toxic anything anywhere nearby at all.
Problem is the ants like alot of the same food we do.....

I am a firm believer that regardless of what happens good or bad that there are valuable lessons to be learned from everything. Well our rental home that just vacated is a good example.

I have been looking for paints that would fill the bill as far as low-voc, so excited that this list of paints is available!
I do like more color than a beige though, especially here in Washington, we need color to offset the grey days!

This house is on the North Slope, it has not just huge amounts of squarefootage. (over 3500 sf!) but also a huge huge garage with a separate address. It is located near everything and in a very desirable neighborhood. We have had calls asking what is wrong with it since the price is SO LOW and it was listed in the $700K range a year ago. Ok maybe I am old fashioned, maybe I was raised differently than most people, but some how I could live just fine with no TV and no Video games. ( no could not do with out internet, need that to do my job as a Realtor(r)..and I use a scanner and believe fax is a bit out dated so maybe I'm not so old fashioned after all.)
