Many buyers took advantage of the tax credit for purchasing a home and now some of those folks are in a place where they need to move or sell.  What then, the rules provide for the buyer staying in their home at least 3 years, if they can't what then.

 Many realtors(r) just start showing houses to their potential buyers.  Since I only take on one "regular" home buyer ( ie some one who will live in the house they buy) and one inexperienced investment buyer at a time in addition to my seasoned and regular investors and my listings I am careful about who I take on as a buyer.  It is important to me that they see themselves as active partners in the process and are clear on what they are doing.
