Today I called on the carpet stores in our area to find out what recommendations they might have for owners selling their homes or new owners wishing to replace carpet in a home they are buying. If you are selling your home, be sure not to throw in some cheap carpet that is not FHA approved or your home sale will not go through. However I often after consulting with people consult them right out of buying or selling and come up with a different possible answer often. Knowing the neighborhoods and market here in Tacoma well really helps us to do this

There are some things that strike me funny and one of them is the differnence between the sexes and how that plays out in our routines and our roles and more.... so here goes.
My getting ready for bed routine.
1. Finish cleaning up from dinner, including washing all of the dishes and wiping down the counters.
2. Help 2 yr old brush teeth, make sure the olders ones have done so already.
3. Start a load of laundry and put wet clothing in the dryer.
4. Change into bed clothes

About a year ago some work mate forwarded me a funny email about how to read between the lines in personal ads....letting you know what certain key words often in the ads might mean. Here are a couple examples in the personal ads joke email I can't remember the whole thing. This house is on the North Slope, it has not just huge amounts of squarefootage. (over 3500 sf!) but also a huge huge garage with a separate address. It is located near everything and in a very desirable neighborhood. We have had calls asking what is wrong with it since the price is SO LOW and it was listed in the $700K range a year ago. I just found out that JD Powers has an award for Real Estate. ( coming from a back ground that included Automobile advertising I thought it was just about CARS!) Any way, it went to Keller Williams, which is no surprise to me. Starting my career there has definately been one of the very best business decision I've ever made hands down. What is exciting about it to me is the fact that KW is being recognized for the great company it is. Ok maybe I am old fashioned, maybe I was raised differently than most people, but some how I could live just fine with no TV and no Video games. ( no could not do with out internet, need that to do my job as a Realtor(r)..and I use a scanner and believe fax is a bit out dated so maybe I'm not so old fashioned after all.)
However I grew up with out a Television and while it was interesting when I went to some one else's home, did not really miss it, my best friend did not have one … (1 comments)

If you are in foreclosure or know you may soon be, you need to have enough information to make a good decision. Problem is where do you turn?
Part of the answer to this depends on your circumstances. First, do you want to stay or are you in over your head and really will have no way to save your home?
