It is one of the most popular games ever and I understand why, it really appeals across the board for many personalities and ages....it is fun once in a while as as way to pay some time. Not that I get alot of time to play computer games on Facebook, I do however sometimes play on there while waiting for something to download or as a way to send virtual "gifts" to my daughter who

From the Desk of Anna Matsunaga, Team Momentum, Keller Williams Realty Tacoma 253 212 1252- www.teammomentumrealestate.com Dear Clients and Friends: For many it feels like even though Spring is finally here seasonally, Winter has just begun personally and Spring is a long way off. As I call and talk with my clients I find that many of your friends have experienced job layoffs and hour reductions, and you are worried about it happening to your family. The Troubling News I am also hearing that many are seeing increases in their interest paid and monthly payments on debt they are carrying,

house: The listing I would choose if I could only choose 1 would be....( see last post) - 08/21/08 01:52 AM
If you read my last post you already know a good discription of the 2 listings ( and if you did not please read it so this all makes sense)...What you don't know if WHY in the world I would choose the one with almost no chance of selling as it was too close to the foreclosure date AND had had animal sacrifices performed in it. So I will tell you why..... Advertising and marketing this listing did the following for me and my team.... #Introduced us to one investor who purchased 2 homes with us all cash with less than

house: Called on the Carpet...... - 08/15/08 01:07 AM
Called on the Carpet Called on the Carpet...... Ramona Scarborough Today I called on the carpet stores in our area to find out what recommendations they might have for owners selling their homes or new owners wishing to replace carpet in a home they are buying. If you are selling your home, be sure not to throw in some cheap carpet that is not FHA approved or your home sale will not go through. Look at the back of the sample which will give you that information. Solid color carpet or one with a minor

house: A few reasons I talk clients out of doing a transaction...... - 08/11/08 11:20 AM
Ok, I know most people will think that a Realtor will always think it is a good time to buy or to sell, we make out living doing this right? However I often after consulting with people consult them right out of buying or selling and come up with a different possible answer often. Knowing the neighborhoods and market here in Tacoma well really helps us to do this Here are some of the times..... **Buying-- They are buying a home with out really feeling like this is "it" if they are going to owner occupy. I understand

house: my night time routine and his....... - 08/11/08 01:50 AM
There are some things that strike me funny and one of them is the differnence between the sexes and how that plays out in our routines and our roles and more.... so here goes. My getting ready for bed routine. 1. Finish cleaning up from dinner, including washing all of the dishes and wiping down the counters. 2. Help 2 yr old brush teeth, make sure the olders ones have done so already. 3. Start a load of laundry and put wet clothing in the dryer. 4. Change into bed clothes 5. Make sure the kids really did feed and

house: Personal Ads and Real Estate ads....reading between the lines? - 08/09/08 01:13 AM
**This is the blog that the Boston Globe reporter picked up and quoted from. ( see article in the 9/14/2008 Boston Globe Real Estate section)** About a year ago some work mate forwarded me a funny email about how to read between the lines in personal ads....letting you know what certain key words often in the ads might mean. Here are a couple examples in the personal ads joke email I can't remember the whole thing. For women-- Athletic = Flat chested volumptuous=over weight For men and women- likes to talk= won't stop talking serious about commitment= not

house: North End 4 Square Beautiful, HUGE AND under Market too! - 07/31/08 08:36 PM
This house is on the North Slope, it has not just huge amounts of squarefootage. (over 3500 sf!) but also a huge huge garage with a separate address. It is located near everything and in a very desirable neighborhood. We have had calls asking what is wrong with it since the price is SO LOW and it was listed in the $700K range a year ago. Well first that price was over priced even then. 2ndly there are some issues with the house. You will have to choose your own appliances, since the house no longer has any of it's

house: I didn't even know JD Powers rated Real Estate Companies....til today! - 07/29/08 11:31 PM
I just found out that JD Powers has an award for Real Estate. ( coming from a back ground that included Automobile advertising I thought it was just about CARS!) Any way, it went to Keller Williams, which is no surprise to me. Starting my career there has definately been one of the very best business decision I've ever made hands down. What is exciting about it to me is the fact that KW is being recognized for the great company it is. When I first started with Keller Williams, most of the clients I prospected to had never even HEARD

house: A card board Box or an x-Box? - 07/28/08 11:32 PM
Ok maybe I am old fashioned, maybe I was raised differently than most people, but some how I could live just fine with no TV and no Video games. ( no could not do with out internet, need that to do my job as a Realtor(r)..and I use a scanner and believe fax is a bit out dated so maybe I'm not so old fashioned after all.) However I grew up with out a Television and while it was interesting when I went to some one else's home, did not really miss it, my best friend did not have one

house: In foreclosure? What are some of your options? - 07/28/08 10:12 AM
If you are in foreclosure or know you may soon be, you need to have enough information to make a good decision. Problem is where do you turn? Part of the answer to this depends on your circumstances. First, do you want to stay or are you in over your head and really will have no way to save your home? If a temporary circumstance put you there you may be a good candidate for a loan modification or a forebearance agreement. These can be a life saver, but can also be very difficult as at time the
