With the new postal rates coming into effect as of the 1/22/2012, I am going to the post office today to pick up the "make up stamps" as well as to mail post cards to clients. Since I sell real estate, I do use alot of stamps.....

How many of you play "Pet Society" on Face book? It is one of the most popular games ever and I understand why, it really appeals across the board for many personalities and ages....it is fun once in a while as as way to pay some time.

Which is it????? As a realtor who works with investors, many of whom do fix and flips I am very aware of being sure my clients buy right AND that they do not put money into a house that they cannot get back out.....however I have come to the conclusion that NO ONE can afford to make improvements to a house with out the guidance of a designer....Now I know what many of you are thinking...."I cannot afford a designer". Right now with where the economy is many are choosing not to sell their homes for the time being and many who might normally be looking @ buying, especially with where interest rates are now, are not because they can not at the moment meet the down payment requirements or credit score requirements or for some other reason are not able to get a loan. One of the things I love about being a realtor is that almost always doing what is best for my client IS what is best for me. Working hard to promote my client's listing for instance almost always also gets me more clients for instance. Negotiating carefully to be sure my client is well cared for in a transaction makes it more likely it goes to closing and I get paid and so on.

On April 8th I joined thousands of others around the country and went bare foot for the entire day for the One Day With Out Shoes campaign put on my toms shoes.

Yesterday I showed a home that was well with in walking distance of my own home and wrote an offer on it.
