Thought I would share one of my favorite views with those of you who would love to see a bit of Tacoma. Looking to relocate to the area? Would love to help! This is a view of the oak trees near the path around Wapato Lake, a mile long path that circles a beautiful lake with many wonderful views including this one.

Yesterday I showed a home that was well with in walking distance of my own home and wrote an offer on it. In doing so and sharing more with the buyer, who had been using my listing finder service on our team website www.teammomentumrealestate.com ,I reaffirmed much of what I like about being in Fern Hill.

I am guessing our family is not the only one feeling the pinch of a more challenging economy. So I will be blogging more and more about how we and other people we know are saving money.
One of the ways is shopping @ Value Village. Now don't get me wrong, there are plenty of 2nd hand stores in Tacoma and the greater Tacoma area, but there are a number of things that make Value Village a favorite.

Do you buy mostly organic food? If so you know it is not the most inexpensive way to eat. Those of us who go out of our way to eat organic usually believe that the true cost of eating any other way is much higher than eating organic....but that does not mean we LIKE paying higher to eat more healthily...

Ok, have to say that this is one of my favorite listings right now. If I were currently shopping for houses
and had to choose between the one I live in and this one both @ the same price I would choose this one over my own all day long.
The house is about the same size as mine, but the lay out is better and it has a # of things that I don't have @ my house. Plus after living on a dead end and then living on a through Street, I have to say I miss the dead … (0 comments)

It's been well over 10 years since our family drank tap water, actually maybe over 15 because it was one of the first health changes my Naturpath recommended when I started going to see him. However the thought of drinking only from little plastic bottles that made more waste in the land fill or had to be recycled and might not be has never appealed to me and I don't really like the price either.
