With the new postal rates coming into effect as of the 1/22/2012, I am going to the post office today to pick up the "make up stamps" as well as to mail post cards to clients. Since I sell real estate, I do use alot of stamps.....

One of the things I love about being a realtor is that almost always doing what is best for my client IS what is best for me. Working hard to promote my client's listing for instance almost always also gets me more clients for instance. Negotiating carefully to be sure my client is well cared for in a transaction makes it more likely it goes to closing and I get paid and so on.

On April 8th I joined thousands of others around the country and went bare foot for the entire day for the One Day With Out Shoes campaign put on my toms shoes.
I was nervous because I was not too sure what my day would hold or what I would need to do that day. Not only that I was scheduled to meet a new client, an investor who had no idea I would be showing up to meet her with a baby or sans shoes....

Yesterday I showed a home that was well with in walking distance of my own home and wrote an offer on it.
