Here are some things you should know when you are considering purchasing a short sale.

1. The property is "As Is" that does not mean something is wrong with it. It does mean that the client does not have the money to make repairs. You may inspect for your own information, and there will be no negotiations over repairs.
2. Your offer must be accepted by both the seller AND the seller's Lien holder(s). Getting the seller's approval will likely be easy, getting lender approval will likely be … (1 comments)
